We were on our way to Philadelphia when the clutch from our Nissan Pathfinder decided to go out. I spent about an hour in a gas station parking lot trying to fix it myself not knowing what the real problem was. I then turned to the phone book and saw a huge ad for Jim Jennings Transmissions in Baltimore with their number. I called and I was truly lucky that they were there on Saturday. Gary answered and made all the arrangements to have the Pathfinder towed to their shop and he personally picked my family and I up and brought us to the airport so we could rent a car and be on our way. Then on Monday when they took apart the transmission and found out the problem, they made some adjustments to their schedule to have me done on Tuesday so I can make it back to work on Wednesday. Jim Jennings Transmissions truly are customer service oriented and very professional. There are still some great businesses left in this world and I experienced it first hand with them.
