While having trouble with my transmission (5R55S), I was reading online about how positive the reviews are with Jim Jennings Transmissions in Essex. I decided to take my car in and John Chalk (JC) checked it out on a test run. I was told I needed either a transmission replacement or transmission rebuild done. I chose to get the rebuild done. After the service was completed, I immediately noticed that all the troublesome problems I had before were now gone. My experience with Jim Jennings Transmissions and their team of well-trained transmission technicians from start to finish was nothing short of excellent. I would give Jim Jennings Transmissions an A for their service, quality of work, and their amazing amount of knowledge and expertise on transmissions. I was talked to as though I was part of their family. Their striving for honest, quality work truly showed with my experience on the phone and at the repair shop. I would strongly recommend Jim Jennings Transmissions to anyone else seeking transmission repair.
