My Rav4 was having shudder and vibration issues, my mechanic was not able to figure out the problem. Someone mentioned it could be a transmission problem since the 2013 Rav4 had a recall previously. Since i missed the recall Toyota would NOT help me to have the transmission replaced and pay for it even after they sent out a notice to inform this year Rav4 has transmission issues. Took it to Jim Jennings and Steve was my contact person. He checked it out and advised it was my torque converter and my transmission. Steve quoted me a price. I was not able to get it done right away. When i did take it there to have the transmission replaced they ordered it right away and kept the price they quoted even after the price changes went into effect. They promised me they would have my car back to me on a certain time frame. Steve kept his word, had my car back promptly and I am so so very happy with how it is running. WOW! Its smooth and no shudder or vibration !! HAPPY !! They are honest and do great work here.
