I am extremely pleased with the customer service and treatment I received at Jim Jennings transmission. No one likes to have to do emergency repairs on their vehicle but when you do you want a name you can trust and a reputation that is top notch. My service adviser Ray was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He answered all my repetitive questions and answered in terms I could understand. Not being mechanically inclined sometimes you are at the mercy of a repair shop but at Jim Jennings I didn't feel like that at all and really felt like I was getting what I was paying for. I highly recommend them to anyone and will return to them if any further repairs are needed.
