After being told that we needed a new transmission, we brought our car to Jim Jennings for a diagnostic test based on word-of-mouth good reviews. We were expecting a call saying it would be thousands of dollars to repair... instead, we were told that it was a problem completely unrelated to our transmission and would cost less than $200! You can imagine our relief! Not only did they repair what we needed, but they also took pictures of what the problem was due to a poor oil change from another company, and gave us advice on how to have that company reimburse us for everything (which they did, so we didn't end up paying a dime in the end!).
I'm so thankful that there are still HONEST businessmen out there! Not only are we now loyal customers for life, but we highly recommend that you put your vehicle in their care as well. It's nice to know that they can be trusted to give an honest diagnosis and fair price. That's good business! :)
